    American Tourister

    A luggage line conceptualised by the travel brand American Tourister, LOCKation was produced to make travelling a safer experience with its one-click lock system. This system simplifies packing by securing baggage three-way with just a slide. To communicate the luggage’s key features while reflecting the brand’s fun personality, ZOO Group launched the Journey with Triple Security campaign together with American Tourister.

    The short animated film features cute crooks who persevere to crack open a LOCKation luggage, trying different methods of infiltration each time. Carrying a lighthearted and humorous tone, the video demonstrates the one-click lock system’s “tough to crack” security as the thieves fail at every attempt. It brings home the message that LOCKation allows one to embark on any travel adventure carefree.

    Along with the mini-film, collaterals such as key visuals, digital materials and OOH executions were rolled out in APAC, North African and Middle Eastern markets.

  • Women's Integration Network

    The People’s Association Women’s Integration Network (PA WIN) Council was established in 1995 to inspire more women towards community leadership and it nurtures women to play an active role in society. To extend their reach and strengthen their engagement with women aged 25-54 in Singapore, PA WIN and ZOO Group jointly launched the Petals of Strength campaign in the lead up to Singapore’s National Day in 2020.

    Featuring personal and heartfelt stories of how women overcame adversity due to COVID-19, the videos were a celebration of how women served their communities, improved social cohesion, or displayed resilience. Members of the public were also encouraged to take part in a symbolic activity in response to these videos. To show their support and uplift each other, they folded an origami Petals of Strength flower and posted it on social media.

    Taking home the MARKie for Most Creative -- Specific Audience (Bronze) in 2021, the Petals of Strength campaign had 300,735 total views and a total reach of 583,320 among women who were 25-54 years old.

    E-commerce has become indispensable to the global retail framework, with global retail e-commerce traffic standing at 22 billion monthly visits in June 2020. eParcelNow.com plays a vital role in supporting the global online shopping industry with efficient and reliable delivery solutions. Notwithstanding the years it has flown under the radar, the global delivery and returns provider partnered with ZOO Group to develop its corporate identity and make its mark online.

    ZOO’s efforts began with a total rebrand of eParcelNow, with the Creative Team revamping eParcelNow’s logo, visual identity, and tone of voice according to a new brand campaign and tagline, “Drama-free delivery”. On the digital front, we reskinned eParcelNow’s website with refreshed corporate colours and landing page copy. To further enhance the company’s overall image, we developed a suite of corporate identity assets which include a sales kit, name cards and company vehicle decals. In order to raise brand awareness and promote the drama-free eParcelNow experience among savvy online shoppers, the branding campaign played out in the following ways. To reach the young and savvy Millennial online shoppers, our social media campaign utilised GIFs to #DeliverLOLs alongside communicating eParcelNow’s highly competitive rates and even higher reliability.

  • Segafredo Zanetti Japan

    Japan is a country that embodies the best of both worlds. A global heavyweight in modern technology and robotics, it is also a nation steeped in tradition and culture, renowned for its distinctive city landscape. In our collaboration with Segafredo Zanetti Japan, we were tasked with creating a series of limited edition packaging designs pitched at tech-savvy consumers in Japan with mid-high income ceilings and a median age of 25-45.

    In order to attract this group that enjoys immersing themselves in culture and architecture, we created designs that encapsulate Japan’s historical landmarks and modern cutting-edge technology in partnership with Pierre-Marie Postel from Paiheme Studio in France. Adorned with an illustration of a robot, the design depicts the buzz of Tokyo’s lively streets. Whilst creating a fluid design template that resonates with consumers, our aim was to showcase Japan’s local stylised art, manga illustration.

    More market-specific packaging designs are in the works and they are expected to hit the market soon.
