Recently, the team were thrilled to hear the news that 3 of our pieces of work were honoured with awards by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).

The international organization, founded in 1995, consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital and web professionals across the globe.

As part of the 2017 MarCom Awards, Zoo Group were honoured with a Platinum Statuette for Print Creativity for their work on the Australian National University’s School of Music brand essence launch – Where Music Lives.

In addition, a Gold Statuette for Strategic Communications for the Integrated Campaign “Respect in 8mm” for Engineers Australia’s Chartered Engineers qualification.

And in the Pro Bono category, were recognised with an Honourable Mention for the “Vote Yes” campaign that the agency produced for our own Facebook page as a way to discuss Marriage Equality in a different context.

“We are so so proud, as a group, to receive this kind of recognition. All too often, we don’t believe our work is good enough, or that we could do better. We are our own worst critics – so to be honoured in such a way is really wonderful”, says Jason Perelson, Creative Director.

MarCom Awards honors excellence in marketing and communication while recognizing the creativity, hard work and generosity of industry professionals.

Since its inception in 2004, MarCom has evolved into one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world. Each year about 6,000 print and digital entries are submitted from dozens of countries.
