During this 13 year timespan, many competitors have entered the energy market and through price and incentive based offers —begun to encroach on Red’s customer base. The continuous and interesting challenge for Zoo is, how do we ensure Red’s communications and experiences portray a brand that is aligned to their values, beyond price. From TV, to outdoor, to Red’s web and mobile experiences, it is integral for the essence of the Red brand to remain; a proudly 100% Australian owned and operated company with a focus on superior customer service and value for consumers.

A plethora of creative work has been delivered to Red’s proposition ‘100% Australian owned and operated’ with scenarios that every Aussie family can relate to. Much work has also been done with Red to improve the customer experience journeys within Red’s online and mobile properties. The working process with Red varies for each project.
